2. Principles

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising services and embeds no third-party content. Fonts and all other files are loaded from our own server. Links to other websites only open them when you click.

3. Hosting and server log files

The website is hosted by STRATO AG, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. When you open a page, the server processes technically necessary data: IP address, date and time, page requested, amount of data transferred, browser and operating system, and the previously visited page. This is needed to deliver the website and keep it secure. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the host.

4. Contact form and email

When you write to us via the form or by email, we process your details (name, email, optionally company and phone, message) to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where a contract or its preparation is concerned, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We delete the data once the enquiry has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

5. Applications

When you apply, we process your details and documents for the application process. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR in conjunction with Art. 88 GDPR. Only the people who decide on hiring have access. If no employment results, we delete your data no later than six months after the process ends, unless you consent to longer storage. If you are hired, the data is transferred to your personnel file.

6. Data room for investors

The data room is password-protected. When it is accessed, the server processes the data listed under section 3.

7. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21). You can withdraw any consent at any time with effect for the future. Please write to info@promobo.de.

You may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Brandenburg Commissioner for Data Protection and Access to Information (Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und für das Recht auf Akteneinsicht Brandenburg), Stahnsdorfer Damm 77, 14532 Kleinmachnow, Germany.
